Allana was selected to play for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but later knee injuries forced her out of the game. It took many years for Allana to re-enter playing in the league. Allana was a star at the helm of New South Wales in her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland and played in 2015.
